About Department
Board of Revenue, Balochistan was established in July, 1972, with the abolition of one unit in the country. The Board was established for revenue administration and coordination between different departments responsible for collection generation and management of provincial revenue. This Board act as Highest appellant forum for land dispute.
The attached Departments of Board of Revenue are Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Settlement Offices (Quetta, Kalat, and Mekran Regions), Director Land Records, Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Stamp and Registrar Offices (Quetta, Hub, and Gwadar).

OBJECTIVES
- Administration of land laws and maintenance of records of rights in respect of settled lands.
- Custodian of state and private land.
- Collection of Province Revenue Receipts.
- To create and vary various administrative units i.e. new Divisions, Districts and Tehsils.
- Allotment/ lease of state land and look after the evacuee properties.
- This Board also maintains Patwar-Schools to provide capacity-building programs to Revenue Officials in the Districts.

Vision
To serve the citizens of Balochistan by fair collection of land registrations, Agriculture Income Tax, Stamp duties, Usher and Abiyana etc. and also implementing land related administrative decisions as per law, rules and acts.
