➢  Provision of proven good breeding bulls and artificial insemination services for the improvement of local breeds

➢  Disease Investigation facilities at Disease Investigation Laboratory Quetta and at district diagnostic units

➢  Provision of linkage between farmers and different organizations to the uplift livestock production system

➢  Provision of sufficient quantities of vaccines and veterinary drugs for immediate control of diseases

➢  Provision of artificial insemination facilities to animals for better production at the farm`s doorstep

➢  Prompt reporting of disease outbreak to Disease Investigation Laboratory and Epidemiologist

➢  Control and treatment of Ecto (external) and Endo (internal) parasites

➢  Relief activities during any disaster like flood and drought for livestock

➢  Distribution of pedigreed rams/male calves of local & exotic breeds

➢  Prophylactic Vaccination against contagious/infectious diseases

➢  Conservation of Indigenous Livestock through subsidy schemes

➢  Production of quality semen at Semen Production Unit
