Comprehensive plan being pursued: Balochistan to be completely revolutionized in next five years, believes Jam Kamal

Chief Minister exhorts youth to seize opportunities in education & technology sectors to excel in life

The Chief Minister, Jam Kamal Khan has categorically stated that Balochistan would completely be revolutionized in next five years as we are pursuing comprehensive planning for development of the province.

“The development of human resource and increase in the revenue of the province are our basic targets. The agriculture, minerals, energy, tourism and fisheries sectors are open for investment. The people from all over the country rather from all over the world would come to Balochistan to invest in next few years.”

This and similar optimistic views were expressed by the Chief Minister while addressing the ceremony of lap top distribution among the students at the CM’s secretariat here on Tuesday.

Also present on the occasion were the Provincial Minister for Finance, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Advisor to Chief Minister for Youth Affairs, Archive, Sports and Culture, Abdul Khaliq Hazara, Akbar Askani, special assistant to Chief Minister, Ramain Muhammad Hassani, Captain ® Abdul Khaliq Achakzai and others.

The male and female students belonging to various colleges and University campuses in Quetta, Mastung, Zhob, Killa Saifullah and Pishin obtained the lap tops.

Addressing the ceremony, the Chief Minister was very optimistic about future of the province and its youth following the government’s policy and initiatives for development.

He said that the present era is the era of fast changes and believed that rather more amazing changes would take place in the computer and technology sectors in next five years.

In view of the future challenges, the Chief Minister exhorted youth to seize opportunities in education and technology sectors which would undergo major transformation in the coming years.

He advised the students not to make any compromise over the quality of education. He was of the view that the youth would get opportunities to move ahead in professional life when standard of education and training would be better.

He said that the opportunities available for the younger generation today can’t be imagined in past even.

He stressed the need to provide the equal opportunities of education and training to both male and female in the society.

He said that an educated mother can educate and train one’s children well. The women are also playing important role in the economic field like their male counterparts, he added.

The families where the women are educated are more prosperous where it is not the situation, he said.

The Chief Minister on the occasion also asked the students not to consider the acquirement of a government job mere their achievement.

“If we truly explore and benefit from the immense natural resources exists in the province, then our youth would not be in need of jobs, rather they would offer jobs to others as well.”

He said that education and skill both are very important for youth. China, USA and other developed countries have made achievements with education and skill as such we would also have to focus on the same, adding he stressed. He said that success is not possible without getting education and skill.
