Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has said that under Ehsas Cash disbursement program fifty thousand people have been aided up till date, while 1,989 more people have been included in the program. He was expressing these views while chairing the review meeting along with distribution of cash transfers at Girls High School Jinnah Town Quetta and later on addressing to the media personals. On the occasion, Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Buledi was also accompanied.
Jam Kamal Said, the shortcomings of verification system are being removed, in the 644 wards of Quetta city corona virus screening tests of five thousand people in the next four days will be done to curtail the spread of the virus after this the situation of lockdown will be decided. Moreover, where lockdown is necessary will be implemented strictly he added.
On the occasion Chief Minister Jamal Kamal Khan said that distribution of cash amount under EHSAS program is a virtuous move. Under this program in twelve different disbursement points fifty thousand people will be given, moreover l lac 98 thousand needy people have been included, added by Chief Minister.
He said that ensuring social distance on the occasion of cash and other assistance distribution is a good omen and issues relating to thumb verification will be solved thereto. Adding more chief minister said that visitors will be provided with water and food facilities.
He said people will follow the precautionary measures and always make sure the usage of mask and ensuring cleanliness of their hands. He said, Balochistan government is launching a ration scheme along with Bait-ul-Islam under the scheme prepared bread will be given to the needy ones. In addition he said that nine containers are being built in Chaman where the infected people will be kept on isolation; he said Government is making strategies for peace and relief activities on a daily basis.
